An adrenaline fun packed day out for all the family. A great place to host it, the capital of Wales, Cardiff.
Cardiff is home to one of the biggest indoor stadiums in the country. It has hosted some big music concerts and of course, is the home of Welsh rugby. The stadium has been lucky enough to host Coldplay! And the line up continues this year with Ed Sheeran and Beyonce coming.
Now, we have Monster Jam! Lets fill up the ground with 300 truck loads of dirt and create some large jumps for these guys to tear it up! 1500 man hours to completely change the stadium ready for these 5500kg beasts.
Since I have started writing my blog I have attended a few different events. From a Lush Christmas launch to testing a chef special menu at FED. There has been no specific type of event I have aimed for. All the events were fantastic and I was very lucky to be invited to them.
This latest event was by far the best I have attended in my blogging journey! Motorbikes… I am more of a car person myself, I always have been. And if you all follow my Instagram you will see. However, I was invited by the Wales Blog Network to attend the Speedway GP in the Principality Stadium, and my view on motorbikes has changed.
What a great location to place a cocktail bar, the tallest building in Wales: The Tower, Meridan Quay.
I was so lucky to be invited to the opening of the Sky bar. However, arriving late was not what I intended. Still in my work clothes I parked the car and ran over to the entrance of the tower to meet Lottie.
Ever seen the tallest building in Wales…? It’s in Swansea and has a beautiful restaurant at the top.
I was lucky enough to attend their first blogger event! I was so thrilled when I received my invitation. Ive always wanted to go there and see all the amazing panoramic views of Swansea. And what a great way to experience it, by trying out there Christmas menu.
Last week I got to visit the new Kiehl’s store in Cardiff!
Charlotte and I set out early to try and avoid traffic and to give plenty of time to collect Holly. Things did not quite go as planned… Traffic, traffic and more traffic! Eventually we arrived and just on time. We were greeted at the door by our event organizer Katie and other staff members.
So here it is, My first review!
And I get to write about my first blogger event in Lush. 🙂
I have never really been one to look after my skin, or use any products to protect my skin. Charlotte decided one day to take me into Lush to try out some products on my shoulders, I suffer from acne over my shoulders and the center of my back.
